La Teaching and Training of The St Century University Teacher in Paraguay

In current times, Paraguay faces two very clear situations, the teaching and training of university teachers. Teaching in university education is under the gaze of regulatory entities such as the Ministry of Education and Sciences (MEC), the National Council of Higher Education (CONES), the National Agency for the Evaluation and Accreditation of Higher Education, (ANEAES) and the National Council of Science and Technology (CONACYT). The presentation on educational quality in Paraguay is exposed through bodies created by law, which regulate the opening of Universities and the educational functions within them, also creating the Research Center (CONACYT), each estate with its own work team. It focuses on the organizational part, guidelines and organizing quality criteria for the apparently optimal performance of universities and therefore that of teachers, a very complex and complicated task, because the authors are subject to a number of structural obstacles, organizational, including politics. A critical look at teacher training is a reality, which does not go in parallel with what is intended to be achieved, which is an educational quality. It is necessary to look at an interaction curriculum such as mirror education and the internalization of university education and teaching in our country, urgently and necessary. Another work mechanism that can lead to Paraguay is to work on skills and abilities with teaching based on challenges, challenges and future projections. Curricular reengineering is necessary to improve the quality and training of future professionals for the exercise of each of the professions developed through Universities.
