Neuro-oncology is a scientific discipline that is currently making constant use of machine learning. In this review study, a research is carried out by several of the best and most rigorous databases in the world, with the aim of understanding how machine learning, which is a tool that has resulted from the new information and communication technologies, to achieve generate algorithms and technologies based on human learning to, from the most basic and elementary principles of classical and operant conditioning, make a primiti-ve and rudimentary emulation of automated learning mechanisms in large computaonal servers that have
been put at the service of most of exisng sciences. This review research has found that machine learning is
becoming an increasingly used tool by neuro-oncology experts around the world, with the prospect of generang much more accurate and ambious predictive markers
